Spiral Rings

Spiral Rings are an easy to install alternative to stamped retaining rings. They are formed by an exclusive Circular-Grain process which edgewinds pre-hardened spring tempered flat wire to exact tolerances. Grain structure of the metal is circumferential instead of linear providing exceptional strength, yet flexible 360° retaining surface.

Wave Springs

Wave Springs offer an alternative to coiled springs with specific advantages such as; reduced working height with equal deflection and equal force which is ideal for tight radial and axial spaces. They are edge wound and offer similar manufacturing and tolerance advantages to Spiral Rings.

Wave Washers

Wave Washers are stamped metal washers with a wave profile to provide a preload between two surfaces. When loaded, it deflects like a spring to absorb shock, relieve friction, isolate, prevent loosening or distribute pressure. Important dimensions to consider are inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness, working height and working load.
